Using Skills

Skills are invoked via the /skill-name command or through the orchestrator:

/ct-epic-architect  # Plan an epic
/ct-research-agent  # Research a topic
/ct-orchestrator    # Coordinate workflow

Skills use the ct- prefix to distinguish CLEO skills from other plugins.
